Natural Products Disclaimer: 

All soaps and shampoos are a natural product and may vary in color and consistency.  All Solid shampoo are Soaps that can be used to wash your hair.

We are soapmakers not doctors, we make and sell soap and do not prescribe nor endorse the use of our soap for anything other than the cleansing of the body.

Beware of miracle cures and uses for soap and it's ingredients by those who do. It is prescribing to do so, perhaps without license.

The use of our soap is not intended to replace the recommendations of your healthcare practitioner.

Our soap is formulated to be extremely mild but some individuals may have adverse reactions to certain plant materials or other natural products.

Just because something is NATURAL does not mean it is safe for everyone.

If irritation should occur, discontinue use.

Our soap is for external use only and to be used with total discretion and sole responsibility.

The coloration of our soap may vary from batch to batch due to the use of natural herbs and spices which enhance their uniqueness.

Essential Oils
While essential oils are all-natural, smell wonderful and can be beneficial to the body and mind, they do have a serious side. Because they are distilled agents (it takes about 30 roses to make a single drop of rose essential oil), they are very potent natural chemicals. Essential oils must therefore be diluted before being used on the skin. The essential oils in our products are all diluted in specific ratios that are skin and body friendly. However, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, you should seek the advice of a health professional before using any products with essential oils.

Information about the benefits of essential oils and other ingredients are considered alternative treatments by the FDA and are not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention. We're not doctors. We make natural soap. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. And while we take great pride in our research, and the information included on this web site is believed to be reliable, we do not guarantee its accuracy. Each purchaser or viewer must make their own determination about whether a product or information is right for them.

Finally, certain people have allergic reactions (usually mild ones) to certain compounds, even completely natural ones like essential oils, and it's not always predictable. So, although we make natural products and although they are tested rigorously on willing family and friends, it is important that if you have any redness, itching or skin irritation to one of our products, you discontinue using it immediately and seek the advice of a physician if it doesn't go away reasonably quickly. A test patch is always advisable with any cosmetic product you've never used before. And if our products are new to you, we advise you do the same. To do a test patch, apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

Most orders are sent to shipper within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays with the exception of items listed with multiple color choices (these are considered special order)  Allow up to 2 weeks for special order items .

All Sales Are Final.  There are no back orders. If  a product shows out of stock, please Click Here to Contact Us if you would like us to make and list another one.    Due to the nature of our Soap & Shampoo products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of our products to our customers.

If we are at fault in filling your order or if merchandise is damaged you must contact us and you may be ask to take your package to the United States Postal Service to file a claim.
Inspect all orders within 24 hours of acceptance of package. All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package. If you need to add-on to your order it must be done within 24 hours.
